  • Name4. The landscaping scheme shall be completed, in accordance with the details agreed under the above condition, in the 1st planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of any part of the development or in accordance with a programme previously agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Any trees or plants removed, dying, being severely damaged or becoming seriously diseased, within 5 yrs of planting shall be replaced in the following planting season by trees or plants of a size and species similar to those originally required to be planted. 7. If any vehicular access gates, barriers, bollards, chains or other such obstructions are to be erected they shall be set back a minimum distance of 7 metres behind the highway boundary and shall be hung so as not to open outwards. 9. The existing vehicular access that becomes redundant as a result of this proposal shall be closed permanently and the existing vehicular crossings reinstated as footway with full height kerbing in accordance with Local Highway Authority standards, within one month of the new access being brought into use. The proposed vehicular access shall have a minimum clear width of 6.0 as shown, and before first use it shall have been surfaced with tarmacadam, concrete or similar hard bound material (not loose aggregate) for a distance of at least 10 metres behind the highway boundary and shall be so maintained at all times. 10.
